Deep drawing is a process used to form a large amount of shape into a sheet of metal. Our hydraulic presses can perform draws up to 11” deep and handle sheet sizes up to 25” by 50”. Multiple operations, such as blanking, punching, extruding and trimming are often required to complete a part. We are currently deep drawing stainless steel parts for the food equipment industry, hot rolled steel parts for the trucking and heavy-duty conveyor industry and brass parts for the plumbing industry.

We specialize in small to medium size, repetitive orders where customers do not have sufficient volume to justify their own deep drawing operation. Our tool and die makers are experienced at designing and building efficient tools and dies for the application.
